EXHIBITOR PORTAL
The Exhibitor Portal is the platform where you can provide and upload all your brand-related materials and any other relevant information that we require to give you the complete benefits of our services.
- You can find all of the relevant information about the show here
- Download the EXHIBITOR GUIDE which includes all the information to prepare yourself for the show
- Check the latest FLOOR PLAN which will be regularly updated
- Access ORDER FORMS required to prepare for your booths
- Input your company information in the portal (business description, business type, pet type, product type, territory, country of origin) – This will be linked to the Business Matching Platform
- Exhibitor Badges – input the number of badges you require for you and your staff. Name, position, and email addresses are required
- Check your SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES included in your exhibitor package
- Product Highlights: upload your product photo(s) and their description
- Exhibitor Highlights: upload a company representative’s photo and their description
- Social Media Post: Exhibitors will receive a free number of posts according to their packages, check the portal on how many you are entitled to and upload the required images and content
- Product Showcase: Input the information about the products you plan to put in the showcase area. Please take care to follow the instructions of this privilege
